Trent Basin, the new waterside neighbourhood located on the banks of the River Trent has now reopened to homebuyers.

Viewings are being conducted by agents, William H Brown, following new practices and guidelines that ensure visitors and staff are kept safe within strict social distancing and hygiene guidelines.

There are just 8 homes left to sell within Phase Two of the development; all available properties can be viewed safely following Government Guidelines. Viewings are by set appointment only and are limited to just two people. All homes viewed will be sanitised before and after each visit.

Kerri Bywater, New Homes Area Partner at William H Brown explains the process: “We have been managing such a high volume of enquiries for Trent Basin since it was announced by The Government that estate agents could return to business, that we worked quickly to put in place a workable and safe viewing process.

“It would seem that potential purchasers are very appreciative of the efforts made to assure their safety and keen to visit the site, particularly as we have only a few homes left for sale in Phase 2.

“Of course, Trent Basin is now well known in the area and it is looking at its very best at the moment with landscaping, residents’ garden and the wildflower meadow area in full bloom. The riverside views are amazing and the wildlife that can be seen from the banks makes for an extraordinarily calming environment.”

There are a mix of 2 and 3 bed homes available; each home is specially designed to make the most of their unique location with terraces and some homes providing winter gardens directly overlooking the river.

Kerri continues: “We know that there are those who have had Trent Basin on their wish list for a while. The development is unique in providing houses directly on the riverfront, something not replicated in any other current riverside development in Nottingham. The properties are generous, contemporary, energy efficient homes, designed over three floors offering up to 143 square metres of flexible interior floor space –priced between £250,000 and £430,000.  I would urge those that are interested to book a viewing now.”
